If you are experiencing issues with this program, the following items may help resolve some common issues.

What are the recommended specs?
This site is best viewed on a system with the following specs that are equivilent or better:

  • Core II Duo or equivilent computer
  • Windows 7 or newer
  • 4GB System RAM
  • A stereo sound card
  • Internet Explorer 10 or 11, or the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  • Adobe Flash 14

How do I tell which version of a browser or Adobe Flash I have?
To check which browser version you are running, you can visit whichbrowser.net. To check which version of Adobe Flash you have, please visit this help page and click the "Check Now" button. The results will appear in a table below the button.

How do I use this site?
When you first start the site, you will likely see an introductory video. You may skip this video by clicking the "Skip" button in the bottom right-hand corner. Alternatively, you can allow the video to complete. After the video completes (or if you have skipped it), you should see a login page. If this is your first time on the site, you will need to create an account. To create an account, click the "REGISTER" link on the bottom left. Enter in your email address and a password with at least five characters. Then, click the "Submit" button. If the account was created successfully, you will be logged into the site. At this point, you can begin any training module listed by clicking the yellow "Begin" button. When you have completed all the of the main modules, your course completion certificate will be unlocked, and you can click on the graphic with the seal on it to access your certificate as a PDF. To log out of the site, click the "Logout" link at the bottom. You can log back in for a future session by just entering the same email address and password that you used to register for the training. What do I do if I see this?

If you have a current version of Flash, but are running Internet Explorer 9 and see this, it's possible that you are experiencing a bug in that browser. You can bypass the introductory video by clicking here. You can bookmark this page for easier future access.
